This Privacy Policy explains how Hannah Luxe Ateliar ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA"). It applies to personal data collected through this website and through our WhatsApp, email, telephone and in-shop channels.
1. Who we are
Hannah Luxe Ateliar Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202632312R) is an independent reseller of pre-loved and new designer bags and small leather goods, at #01-25 Far East Plaza, 14 Scotts Road, Singapore 228213.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to look after a purchase, a sale or a check:
Enquiries. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone: your name, phone number, email address and anything you tell us, including photographs you send.
Selling, consigning or checking a bag. Your name and contact details, photographs and details of the item, and, if we pay you for a bag or sell it on your behalf, the details we need to make that payment.
Buying from us. Your name and contact details and, if we deliver the piece to you, your delivery address.
New arrivals messages. If you ask to receive them, your WhatsApp number and the houses you tell us you are interested in.
Your use of this website. Technical information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type and your approximate location, collected through cookies (see section 9).
3. How we use personal data
To reply to your enquiries and questions.
To arrange viewings, purchases, consignments, authenticity checks and deliveries.
To pay you for a bag we buy from you or sell for you.
To send new arrivals messages to people who asked for them.
To operate, secure and improve this website.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Consent and withdrawal
By contacting us or giving us your details, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes in section 3. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (section 12). We will tell you the likely consequences of withdrawal, for example that we may no longer be able to complete a delivery or a consignment, and we will process your request within a reasonable time.
5. Promotional messages
We send new arrivals and other promotional messages only to people who have asked to receive them, and we observe the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA. You can stop them at any time by replying to the message or by contacting us.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only where needed for the purposes above, or where required or permitted by law, including to:
Service providers who support our business, such as WhatsApp (messaging), our email provider, courier companies (deliveries), Entrupy (authentication of items) and our website host and analytics providers. They process data on our behalf or under their own terms.
Government and regulatory authorities, where required by law.
7. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
8. Protection and retention
We protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required for legal or business reasons, after which we delete or anonymise it.
9. Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to help us understand how it is used. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, but some parts of the website may then not work as intended.
10. Access and correction
You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and ask us to correct any error or omission. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request, and will tell you the fee before we process it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Data breaches
If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the PDPA requires.
