Entrupy on every bag
Every piece is scanned on Entrupy, the AI authentication platform used by StockX and by resellers worldwide. Hannah holds the account directly with Entrupy, so the verdict comes from them, not through anyone. It reads the microscopic structure of the material rather than the logo.

Five checks by hand
Hardware weight, stitch count, date code against leather, lining and glazing, and smell. In order, with no partial pass. One failure and it is not sold.

Honest about where it came from
Pre-loved pieces are bought here in Singapore, and most arrive without a receipt. That is normal in resale, and it is exactly why every one is scanned. Brand-new pieces are bought in the US.

Hannah Luxe Ateliar runs a Bags Authenticity Checking Service over the counter. Bring in a bag bought anywhere, from anyone, and it goes through the same checks and the same Entrupy scan as our own stock.
It is also the reason the shelves can be trusted. A shop willing to authenticate a stranger’s bag, and to say out loud when it is a fake, is a shop that has to be right about its own. Walk in any time the shop is open; a check usually takes 10 to 30 minutes while you wait. Ask on WhatsApp for the fee.
